My name is Anita Wright, the Executive Director of Wright-Way Community Development in Cleveland, Texas. The purpose of this letter is to introduce Wright-Way Community Development to your organization to ask for your support of this charitable and community-focused organization. Wright-Way is a non-profit 501c3 organization, and our mission is to educate, empower, and care for individuals who are mentally, physically and emotionally injured. The main goal of our organization is to serve the community through outreach and educational programs.

On behalf of the Board of Directors, I respectfully request donations for XXX for our summer youth program. The Inspiring Hope Summer Initiative will provide educational enrichment classes, fun activities and social programs designed to build character and produce lasting changes for youth between the ages of 7 to 16 during the summer months. The mission of this program is to promote positive changes and restore hope to the lives of youth as well as to secure them from the possibility of unsafe situations that could happen as a result of being left unattended during the workday.
